We are searching for a talented 3D Animator Blender (m/f/d) with an eye for stunning visuals, technical expertise, and a passion for innovative 3D technologies. With your sense for design and storytelling, you’ll bring our ideas to life and make them visually tangible – for clients, partners, and audiences worldwide.
Your tasks:
Create high-quality 3D animations, simulations, and visualizations in Blender – from storyboard to final sequence
Develop visual concepts for drone choreographies, show designs, and technical processes
Collaborate closely with our technical, event, and sales departments to visually realize creative concepts
Animate objects, camera movements, and scenes in a realistic and atmospheric way
Optimize existing animations and implement feedback effectively
Contribute to the further development of our visual brand identity – also in combination with other tools (e.g. After Effects, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, etc.)
Your profile:
Solid knowledge of Blender (animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, rendering)
A strong sense for movement, timing, space, and dramaturgy
Experience with technical and scenic animations is an advantage – especially in the event or entertainment sector
Confident handling of textures, particle systems, keyframes, and camera animations
Knowledge of other tools like After Effects, Substance Painter, or Unreal Engine is a plus
You work independently, creatively, and as a team player
You enjoy exploring new visual approaches and developing with new technologies
